1.All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging. We will not accept any item that shows signs of wear, damage, having been washed, or any form of alteration.
2.Returns without a proper, prior return request will not be processed. Ensure you follow the correct protocol and obtain approval before sending back the merchandise.
3.We do not provide Freight To Collect for returned packages. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the items back to us.
4.Before dispatching your returns, double-check all details meticulously. We cannot be held accountable for the return of items that do not belong to our LUCKKYMAN brand.
5.If you supply incorrect recipient details, there's a risk of your package going astray or being returned, and we will not assume liability in such cases. Please ensure the accuracy of the recipient information to prevent avoidable complications.
