At Luckkyman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Returns & Exchanges process to ensure you can shop with confidence.
Refund principle
● We commit to processing refund procedures for customers in accordance with this policy under eligible refund conditions.
● Refund procedures must be completed within the time specified by our store; otherwise, they will not be accepted.If the customer refuses to sign for the order without a valid reason, Luckkyman will refuse to issue a refund.
● The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer, excluding any coupons, discounts, or the value of gifts.
Eligibility for return:
- Return Window:
We accept returns with a postmark within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Item Condition:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Original Packaging and Accessories:
All original packaging, accessories (such as warranty cards), and product manuals/instructions must be included.
- Damaged Item Upon Arrival:
If the item is damaged, broken, or twisted upon arrival, it qualifies for a return.
- Incorrect Product Size/Color:
If the received product's size or color is incorrect, it can be returned.
- Mistaken Order or Dissatisfaction:
If you ordered the product by mistake or are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a full refund. However, please note that all shipping costs or other costs related to the order will be borne by you.
Ineligibility for return:
- 30-Day Refund/Exchange Window
After 30 days of receiving the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been opened and used are considered non-refundable.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging intact.
- Refusal of Refund for Unsigned Orders
If the customer refuses to sign for the order without a valid reason, Luckkyman will refuse to issue a refund.
- Refusal of Refund for Incorrect Product Selection
If the customer chooses the wrong product, Luckkyman reserves the right to refuse a refund.
- Valid Shipping Address
If the order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, Luckkyman will refuse to refund.
- Damaged or Altered Items
We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way.You need to pay the shipping cost due to the return.
- Proof of Purchase
We need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased product to the manufacturer,you should instead return them to Luckkyman.
Shipping Cost Problems:
- Consumer-Initiated Returns:
If the return is a result of the consumer's actions, then the consumer must cover the shipping costs. The specific amount will vary based on the courier service they pick. It is highly advisable for consumers to use a trackable and insurable shipping option. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any returns that get lost or damaged during transit.
- Our-Fault Returns:
In the event that the received goods are damaged or not in proper working order because of our error, we will be responsible for the shipping costs.
How to Make Your Return:
1.Take Photos for Evidence:
Take a clear photo of the item with issues. Make sure to capture any defects, damages or relevant problems, which will help us understand the situation.
2.Contact Customer Service:
Send an email to service@Luckkyman.com to get in touch with our customer service team and start the resolution process.
3.Provide Information:
Attach the following in your email:Clear photos of the item;Your order ID, which allows us to quickly access your purchase details;
A detailed description of the problems you've encountered, such as when you noticed them and what exactly happened;
Clearly state the solution you prefer, whether it's a return, refund, exchange or resend.
4.Get the Return Address:
After receiving your email, our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the package back to the original shipping address to avoid delaying the refund process.
5.Notify after Return:
After you return the item(s), notify us of the tracking number so that we can track the package and smoothly resolve your issue.
Note
-Return Authorization Requirement: All return packages must be properly authorized. Any return request that has not received authorization from our customer service team will not be processed.
-Caution Regarding Return Address: Please do not return the item(s) to the address printed on the package you initially received.

-Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a help ticket through the “Contact Us” option. This will ensure that your request is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
-Due to the large number of daily orders, it may take up to 7 working days from the date we receive the returned products. We will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.
