What payment options do you support?

We accept the following payment options:

Which currency will I be charged in?

All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate for the currency you use, depending on the website you are on.

Do you offer a 3 or 4 times payment option?

We accept payments in 3 installments. You will be able to choose this payment option at checkout.

How do I change or modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at our Support Center. Note that we can help you modify your order before it is shipped. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email might be in your spam folder. You can log into your account to view your orders or contact us for more information about your order.
