Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product purchased from Luckkyman does not meet your expectations, you can return it by sending us an email within 30 days of receiving the item. We sincerely recommend that every customer read the following regulations carefully before making a purchase:
Cancellation
- We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped or produced.
Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return within 30 days of receipt, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions).
- The item must be damaged/broken or incorrect in size/color upon arrival.
- If you ordered the product by mistake or are not satisfied with it, you can return it for a full refund. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.
Non-Refundable
- We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days from receiving the product.
- Items that have been opened or used are considered non-refundable. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
- If the customer refuses to sign for the order without reason, Luckkyman will refuse to issue a refund.
- If the customer chooses the wrong product, Luckkyman reserves the right to refuse a refund.
- The customer must ensure that the shipping address is correct and valid. If the order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, Luckkyman will refuse to issue a refund.
- We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way. You will need to pay the shipping cost for returns.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.
Notes
- Custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund.
- To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us.
- Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a customer error, the customer must cover the shipping fee.
Our Solutions
- We will provide a full refund or exchange if the issue is our responsibility, such as quality problems or missing items.
If you meet the above requirements, please email us at service@luckkyman.com. Include your tracking number, detailed information describing the issue, and evidence of damage to the item/package (pictures or videos). Your request will be processed and confirmed via email, typically within 72 hours on business days.
If the situation is verified, we will notify you of the refund information. If you need to return the goods, please follow the return policy requirements. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed. Most returns or exchanges are completed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account. For exchanges, we will send out your new product.
Note:
- Pictures/videos should be clear, focused, and taken under good lighting conditions to help us identify and verify the problem. We will do our best to assist you. Thank you for providing all necessary information.
Refund (if applicable)
- After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you refund information via email. It may take up to 20 business days for you to receive the refund, although it often arrives sooner. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Delay or Omission of Refund (if any)
- If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for them to officially process the refund.
- Next, contact your bank, as refunds usually require some processing time.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@luckkyman.com.
Return Shipping Fee
- If the issue is due to an error by Luckkyman and the product you received is incorrect, please return the unopened product in the same package you received it, and include a copy of the invoice. We will ship the correct product to you without additional shipping costs.
How long does the return process take?
- Due to the high volume of daily orders, it may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product to process your return. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
- The arrival time of the replacement product may vary based on your location. Please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
